Masa is the corn flour used to make tortillas, totopos (corn chips) and much more. Masa is made from maize (corn) which has been dried and treated with a mineral lime and water solution before being ground. La Boca Loca proudly uses and sells organic masa, from a US Certified Organic producer that follows ethical and responsible growing practices.
